<p><strong>General Overview:</strong> By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.</p>

<p><strong>Products and Assembly:</strong> Most of our pieces are made in small quantities and assembled by hand. Minor variations in material and structure are a characteristic of the handmade process and do not constitute defects.</p>

<p><strong>Final Sale:</strong> As stated in our Return Policy, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed. We only offer repairs or exchanges within 14 days of receipt under specific conditions.</p>

<p><strong>Liability:</strong> PERI is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use or handling of the jewelry. Please follow the care instructions provided with your order.</p>

<p><strong>Governing Law:</strong> These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.</p>
